How we use it

Only to reply to you and follow up about Room Assistant. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. Emails are delivered through our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 3 years, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Cookies

The public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The sales partner area uses one sign-in cookie.

The Room Assistant system

The Room Assistant system installed in homes and facilities has its own consent form. It uses no cameras and does not record audio, and the data it produces stays with the home or family that owns it.
